BY-RO-30T Pure Water Reverse Osmosis Systems

1. Pure Water Treatment Equipment Performance Description

(1) The Pretreatment System: This system is equipped with RO water pretreatment device before water inlet to filter out the small particles, suspended matter, colloid, free chlorine, low molecular weight organic matter, trihalide (THM) in raw water, thus significantly decrease Turbidity (NTU), ensure the SDI (pollution index) standard of the treated water, reduce the odor and chroma of the water, and meet the requirements of the inlet water quality before membrane working. At the same time, the security filter blocks the particles more than 5μ, preventing membrane clogging and damage.

(2) RO Reverse Osmosis System: The reverse osmosis device of the system uses the world's most advanced polyamide composite membrane element (TFC membrane) produced by Dow Company as the main component. The single membrane desalination rate is more than 99.5%, with system desalination rate at 97-99%. It can effectively remove the organic silicone gel, particulate matter, bacteria, virus, pyrogen and other impurities in the water. Stainless steel high pressure pump is Chinese famous brand - Nanfang pump, which is stable, reliable performance and low noise.

(3) Sterilization and Water Supply System: It uses Guangzhou Jiahuan ozone series products to kill bacteria in the water tank, assuring long-term preservation and rich oxygen of the water. Using stainless steel ozone mixing tower to mix the Ozone and pure water by method of deep water aeration. This system choose Chinese brand --NANFANGPUMP pure pump. The system would check each equipment. The structure form is vertical and cylindrical, built-in 0.2 m titanium metal filter element to remove bacterial debris to ensure high purity water purity in the water delivery pipe network.

(4) Cleaning System: After a period of normal operation, the reverse osmosis membrane element may be polluted by the potential presence of suspended matter or insoluble salts in the water. So it is equipped with chemical cleaning system

(5) Control System: Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC (MMI) full automatic control, electrical components is the French Schneider brand. Once the device is started, it runs automatically. The system is running under the automatic protection state. Automatic operation and automatic shutdown according to the water level. The reverse osmosis system has multiple protection function and automatic flushing procedure, and no need manual operation of the whole system. Ensure that the system has water supply 24 hours a day.
