Carton Packing Machine
The Boyuan carton packing machine is composed of carton opening machine, container filling machine and carton sealing machine. It uses cardboard to automatically and continuously packing glass bottles, PET bottles, cans, jars, pouches and other containers, which is suitable for automated production lines such as water, beer, beverages, condiments, milk and food. This machine adopts PLC + touchscreen display control, and is equipped with an alarm device for lack of bottles and cartons, and the safety protection of no bottles and no boxing. The packing form can be set according to customer requirements; the output is variable according to the product size and packing form. The assembly line greatly facilitates operation, management, and reduces production personnel and labor intensity. It is an essential equipment for automated mass production.
1. Product Introduction:
1.1 Adopt bottle side feeding mode: small occupied area, simplify the conveying system before the packing process, so as to reduce the investment cost of the whole line equipment.
1.2 Three grades of decompression: the product is fully decompressed, so that the positioning of bottle clamping head and product is accurate, assuring 100% success rate of bottle grasping; After the product enters the packing process, it is in the state of no pressure and smooth transportation, basically eliminating the phenomenon of bottle falling.
1.3 Adopt German IGUS linear positioning system: high positioning accuracy, accurate movement, effectively reduce the impact and vibration of equipment operation, greatly improve the stability and reliability of equipment operation; No lubrication, no need of maintenance, good hygiene, long service life.
1.4 The machine achieves clamping or dropping bottles by horizontal or up and down movement.
2. Structure Features:
2.1 The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control technology, combined with man-machine interface, to realize stepless speed regulation. The main control adopts German SIEMENS programmable controller, which has fast communication ability and powerful diagnostic function, ensuring the reliability of the system. Easy to operate, compact and reasonable structure, high degree of automation.
2.2 Reliable operation: The machine adopts special pneumatic components to relize grasping and releasing products. Through mechanical operation, pneumatic and electrical control, the product is accurately and reliably loaded into the carton from the bottle conveyor.
2.3 Smooth operation: The whole packing process is automaticly operated through variable frequency motor independently driving different mechanical mechanisms to lift, translate and drop products, and combined with pneumatic, electric and optical control. Movement coordination, smooth and accurate.
2.4 Carton conveyor channel adopts no pressure control design.
2.5 Meet The requirements of food hygiene: Use oil-free lubrication pneumatic components. Most of the moving parts are in humanization design of never need oil lubrication, reducing a lot of costs for users. A small part of the moving parts which need users to add lubrication oil adopt centralized lubrication scheme, with convenient refueling and easy daily maintenance; At the same time, the noise is low and there is no oil pollution.2.6 Feeding operation is provided with various ways of manual feeding, automatic feeding and continuous rapid feeding.
2.7 Bottle head clamping operation is provided with manual operation and automatic operation. The operation is safe, the occupied area is small, and the operation space is large.
2.8 It equips with a variety of protection functions, and timely shutdown in case of failure.
