1.2 The equipment adopts servo positioning, PLC control, automatic operation; The main drive is driven by imported motor, and all levels of the drive are regulated by chain/sprocket. Its high degree of automation, reliable control, simple adjustment, intelligent operation and other advantages, can be widely used in beverage, beer, chemical, food, medicine and other industries. It can be used in secondary packaging for all kinds of bottles and cans, and be supporting used in automatic filling production line.
1.3 The main parts of the machine are made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum, and the electrical and pneumatic system are made of imported components, such as: AIRTAC cylinder and pneumatic components, Schneider servo system and domestic high quality deceleration motor, Robatech hot melt adhesive machine, SICK sensor, contactor of French TE. 7. Bottle conveyer mechanism:
This part adopts domestic high quality famous brand motor and reducer to drive separately, and the speed regulation is realized by Schneider inverter. The bottle conveyor belt is made of high polymer, low wear and self-lubricating engineering plastics. The optimize design of every detail ensures the stability of equipment performance. In order to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the production, the system will detect whether there is a lack of bottles or empty bottles in the packaging area before the packaging. If there is a lack of bottles or empty bottles, the bottle dropping mechanism will automatically stop the bottle dropping and the system will prompt.

8. Acceleration section:
The use of belt conveyor reduces friction, and it can instantly send the bottle to the bottle dropping position, so that the bottle feeding will be smoother. Effectively reduce the bottle belt conveying pressure in the front end, and improve the whole machine packaging speed.

9. Bottle Dropping mechanism:
When the photoelectric switch detects that the bottle is enough and the cardboard is also sent to the bottom of the bottles, the cylinder will push the bottle dropping mechanism at this time, and the front section of the mechanism is equipped with a cylinder to reduce pressure, so that the bottle will quickly fall into the cardboard from the gap of the bottle dropping plate.

10. Paper plate feeding mechanism:
The plate feeding mechanism is the mechanism that stores the cardboard and delivers the cardboard to the bottom of the drop bottle one sheet at a time as required. The device is also equipped with a mechanism for testing the quantity of cardboard storage, so that when the quantity of cardboard storage is less than a certain amount, the system prompts the operator to add cardboard. The cardboard suction cup is lifted by the lifting cylinder (vacuum generated by the AIRTAC vacuum pneumatic assembly), and the cardboard is sucked from the stored cardboard pile sheet by sheet, and the cardboard is fed into the cardboard guide slot by the plate feeding cylinder. Driven by a decelerating motor, the cardboard in the guide groove is sent to the bottom of the bottle dropping device of the bottle dropping mechanism.

11. Carton falling Mechanism:
The cylinder lifts the two sets of suckers to the bottom of the paperboard and adsorbs the paperboard. After the bottles are dropped onto the paperboard by the stacking and dropping device, the synchronous device is driven by the servo motor to fall. At the same time, the left and right sets of suckers suck the paperboard, and the bottle finally falls into the front and rear clip-box chain plates on the main transmission chain.

12. The front press on carton:
When the carton is wrapped and transported to the front folding glue spraying position, the front folding glue spraying device is driven by the cylinder to spray glue on the top of the carton buy glue gun; Then the front folding cylinder drives the front folding plate and the baffle down, through a CAM mechanism to realize the front folding edge pressing by the successively movement of the front folding plate and baffle.

13 Back press:
When the wrapping carton is transported to the side folding and glue spraying position (at this time, the side pressing mechanism has finished spraying glue on the side of the carton), the back pressing plate and baffle are pressed down through the back pressing cylinder, and the wrapping carton is fixed and positioned, so that the side pressing mechanism can press the side of the carton with spraying glue. When the carton is fixed and positioned by the back pressure device, the side plate is pushed by the side pressure cylinder on both sides, so that the side of the carton is pressed.

14. The molding of the carton:
There are three steps to complete carton molding.
14.1 When the cardboard and bottle are dropped by the suction plate mechanism, the cardboard is folded into a carton shape through a formed baffle. When the bottle pile cardboard falls down, the cardboard can be folded and formed to complete the initial folding and forming of the cardboard.
14.2 The cylinder baffle of the front press is pressed down, and the front folding plate and baffle are moved successively to the front folding edge of the carton by a CAM mechanism.
14.3 When the carton is fixed and positioned by the back pressing device, the side pressing plate is pushed by the side pressing cylinder on both sides to make the side pressing of the carton close. The whole carton forming process has been completed.

15. Main drive:
The main transmission is mainly composed of driving device, conveying device, adjusting device and so on. It is powered by two servo motors, which drive the gearbox to drive the sprocket on the front drive shaft and the rear drive shaft, and drive the chain to rotate. The width of the carton can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the front and rear clamping plates on the chain.

16. Glue spraying system
