Application areas:
It can be used for continuous killing and sterilization of fruit juice, tea beverage, milk beverage or similar products. Can be connected to homogenizer, degassing and other equipment.
Process parameters:
1) 5℃→65℃(homogeneous)→137℃(3-5S)→20℃-25℃, suitable for aseptic packaging;
2) 5℃→65℃(homogeneous)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→88℃-90℃, suitable for hot filling;
3) 5℃→65℃(homogeneous)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→75℃-78℃, suitable for medium temperature filling;
Features:
The tube sterilizer can be used for heat treatment of various liquid foods and beverages. Compared with other types of sterilizers, it has the following advantages:1. High thermal efficiency, up to 90% heat recovery efficiency;
2. The temperature difference between the heating medium and the material is small. The heat exchange tube uses a corrugated tube, which has high heat exchange efficiency and less fouling, which increases the working time of the sterilization machine.
3. High degree of automation, the entire process from equipment CIP cleaning, equipment self-sterilization to material sterilization can be automatically controlled and recorded.
4. The sterilization temperature control is accurate and reliable, and the steam pressure, flow rate, material flow rate, etc. are strictly and automatically controlled.
