1. Overview
The machine is designed by our company with stable characteristic, advanced technology, nice appearance and complete function. The machine is mainly used for washing/filling/capping PET bottle carbonated soft drink.
2. Main Features
2.1 Rinser
2.1.1 The machine is rotary type bottle rinsing machine, and mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverage, water etc, and then send the bottles to filling machine for filling.
2.1.2 The PET bottle enters equipment via bottle separating star wheel, clamped bottle neck and revert the bottle mouth down, drain after rinsing by sterile water, then revert the bottle mouth up automatically, the bottle will be conveyed to the filling machine via bottle exit star wheel. The main structure, touch parts with rinsing media, exterior protection shield are made of stainless steel material; open type gear transmission;
a. Renew stainless steel clamp, simple structure, convenient adjust; small area to touch with bottle mouth, avoid secondary pollution efficiently
b. Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge
c. Bottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to recycle rinsed water.
d. The consumption of the water for each type of bottle when rinsing is: 105ml/s (when 0.25MPa)

2.2 Filler
2.2.1 The filling part will finish the work to fill beverage into the bottles which have been washed. We introduce into Germany technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture by ourself with isobar filling principle.
2.2.2 Filling valve adopts isobar mechanism valve, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level.
2.2.3 Adopts double guide rod bottle lift structure, to make the lift and centering stable.
2.2.4 The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. Simple structure, block bottleneck structure, and can make changes according to bottle type.PLC control, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap lack etc.The product in filling tank automatic control, liquid level height uses liquid level sensor detection, to make stable of liquid level and reliable filling. The key parts of the machine and electric elements are all imported products.

2.3 Capper
2.3.1 This part is mainly use the cap that ordering in cap unscrambler, and capping on the finished fill bottle, and then deliver to the followed procedure.
2.3.2 Capping machine through reducer drive back to the wheel rotation, make the cap under the action of the centrifugal force away from the hopper. It has up or down cap separating device at the exit, when the wrong side cap passes, it will automatically fall into the return pipe and blown into the hopper by wind power. Only right cap can be successfully come into the slide, the cap amount in hopper automatic detection by optical switch to control the cap transmission machine, to ensure the best results under the cap. When the right cap into slide path, it will immediately enter cap feeder to prevent accidents. At the same time it has an prevent anti -cap dial to ensure that the cap plate into the feed cap is correct. In slide has also a pair of photoelectric switch, when detected no cap, it will immediately stop the machine operation. In order to effectively eliminate the bad cap without anti-theft ring and the residual cap in hopper when cleaning, in hopper exit toward a activity exit can meet this function.
