    Ring Pull Cap Bottle Filling Machine


    1 Product Introduction: CGF40-40-15 PET bottle pure water washing, filling, capping machine, absorb the same type of foreign products of advanced technology, stable performance, safe and reliable. The machine has compact structure, perfect control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation. Adopt the technology of direct connection between the air feed channel and the bottle drive wheel, eliminate the bottle feed screw and conveyor chain, simple and easy to change the bottle type. After the bottle enters the machine through the air feed channel, the bottle is directly sent to the filling part by the steel drive wheel ( bottleneck clamping mode). The machine has compact structure, perfect control system, convenient operation and high degree of automation.

    2 Main performance features:

    3 Sterile water bottle rinsing 

    After the bottle enters the main machine, it enters the bottle rinsing machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns up 180° along the bottle rinsing guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle rinsing machine (determined by the water distributor -- the bottle water is pumped into the water distributor by the bottle pump, and then distributed to the bottle holder through 40 pipes by the water distributor), sterile water is ejected from the nozzle of the bottle holder to flush the inner wall of the bottle. After washing and draining, the bottle is held by the bottle clamp and then turned down 180° along the guide rail , so that the bottle mouth is upward. After rinsing, the bottle is delivered from the bottle rinsing machine through the transition steel drive wheel (pure water bottle rinsing) and transferred to the next process - filling.

    4 Filling

    When filling, the bottle is lifted by cylinder, and the high speed operation is stable and reliable. The compressed air is connected to the lifting cylinder through the intake distributor, and the compressed air is injected into the cavity A of the cylinder through the injection pipe during work, so that the cylinder is raised upward. After the bottle mouth rises, the filling valve is pushed open and filling begins. When the set filling level is reached, the air return port of the filling valve is blocked by the material, and the filling is finished. The cylinder then descends under the pull down camshaft, at which point the gas in the cavity B is discharged through the exhaust screw.

    5 Capping

    5.1 At the end of filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the stop knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck part, and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation together with the outer bottleneck guard plate of the capping machine. The capping head rotates itself and being drove to rotate by the main shaft of the capping machine. Under the action of the camshaft, it can complete the whole capping process of grasping the cap, covering the bottle, screwing the cap and pushing the cap.

    5.2 The capping head adopts magnetic constant torque device. When the capping head taking cap from the caps distributing device, the header holds and support the cap to ensure it is in correct position and guarantee the quality of the capping. When the capping is completed, the screwing head overcomes the magnetic slip and will not damage the cap. At the same time, when the screw head  rises, the cap lifting rod pushes the cap out of the screw cap mold.
    5.3 The capping plate transmits power through the pin wheel and the capping head to ensure that its movement is synchronized with the capping machine. The cap enters the distributing device through the cap channel, and then the cap transfer star wheel transmits the cap to the capping place according to the station.

4 Filling

5 Capping

5.1 At the end of filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel, and the stop knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck part, and keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation together with the outer bottleneck guard plate of the capping machine. The capping head rotates itself and being drove to rotate by the main shaft of the capping machine. Under the action of the camshaft, it can complete the whole capping process of grasping the cap, covering the bottle, screwing the cap and pushing the cap.

5.2 The capping head adopts magnetic constant torque device.
