    1. Equipment composition and working principle:

    1.1 Equipment: including conveyor belt,  bottle stop star wheel, bottle feeding screw, bottle in and out star wheel, guide plate, the big center wheel, small bottle tray, color code detection photoelectric, label cutting wheel device, hot melt glue components, labeling wheelset, label brush board, constant tension control system and servo label drum, label feeding servo components, the general linear motion control system and electrical parts;

     

    The main drive adopts the German SEW motor reducer

    5. Use Schneider touch screen operation: different bottle control, system conversion, equipment running status, various operating parameters and system problems display;

    6. The stainless steel integrated electric cabinet of Japan Yamanyo strong air cooler is installed, and the service life and stability of electrical equipment are effectively guaranteed.

    Accident protection device

    1. When the protective door opens, the machine will stop automatically.
    2. Movable position and hot part position have fixed protective cover.
    3. Emergency stop button is installed on the machine control panel and the movable control panel.

    Equipment protection device

    1. When there is any operation error, the locking device will detect and send a signal to prevent the operation or cannot start the machine.
    2, in the air path system, detect whether the system pressure is lower than the working pressure setting,  the working pressure automatically stop if yes.

    Italian overload protector

    1. When there is any overload or impact in label station, the overload protector disengages to protect the device on the station.

    2.When the container begins to accumulate, the photoelectric switch detects it and sends out a signal, stopping the container before it reaches the discharge.

    3. All motors have electromagnetic clutch overload protection. When these devices are operated, the machine will stop.

    4. The lifting limit device of the bottle pressure head is used to fix the maximum and minimum container height to limit the vertical impact change of the central disk.

    2. Basic performance description:

    2.2 Labeling form: hot melt glue labeling of around bottle body

    2.3 Direction of operation: Bottle in from right (PHR24); Bottle in from left  (PHR24L)

    2.4 Suitable bottle type: 

    2.4.1 Glass bottles, PET bottles, metal bottles, etc
    2.4.2 Round, square, polygon and oval (refers to the shape of the section at the labeling position, and the shape of the section at the labeling must be consistent
    2.4.3 The diameter of the bottle is ø 50~105mm
    2.4.4 Bottle height: H120~350mm
    (Note: the plus or minus error of diameter and height of each type of bottle is 2 mm, otherwise, the other type of bottle is used for calculation)

    2.5 Applicable label (around body label)

    2.5.1 Label materials: PET, OPP and paper, etc
    2.5.2 Label length: 170 ~ 350mm
    2.5.3 Label thickness: must be greater than or equal to 0.035mm (thinner depending on the specific situation, need to test and confirmation), and less than or equal to 0.05mm (thicker depending on the specific situation, need to test and confirmation)
    2.5.4 Label width: must be less than or equal to 125mm

    3. Technical features of equipment:

    3.1 The equipment runs in full automatic mode, starting, stopping and arranging. The frequency converter adjusts the speed according to the amount of bottle, and the default setting is "no bottle feeding - stop label feeding".

    3.2 Rotary labeling function to achieve accurate alignment.

    3.3 The quick replacement tray structure minimizes the time required for bottle type replacement.

    3.4 Glue roller: The mesh type gluer roller is stable and reliable, which can reduce the amount of glue consumption to the minimum.

    3.5 Label brush system: EACH individual brush is fixed on the support frame and can be converted according to different bottle types.

    3.6 Label cutting system: accurate label cutting control system, the label length cutting accuracy is controlled within plus or minus 1mm, and each label is compensated (each label has compensation error after cutting ), will not bring cumulative error.

    3.7 Control system: All the operating devices are easy to control, and the operation of the device is fully reflected through the touch screen.

    3.8 Change bottle shape or label: Switch from one bottle shape or label to another with very simple tools.

    3.9 Material:Bottle feeding screw,Bottle feeding guide,in and out bottle star wheel and bottle guide, etc are all made of synthetic materials with low friction coefficient and high wear resistance.

    3.10 Frame and appearance: the main load-bearing frame high quality is made of carbon steel paint rust proof, long service life; The other structural parts and appearance parts are made of 304 stainless steel.
