    2. Materials

    2.1 Drive assembly: The box body is: HT200, the crankshaft is alloy ductile iron, the bearing bush is SJ5, the connecting rod is alloy ductile iron, the gear material is forged, and high-quality alloy steel is selected.

    Pump body and valve body: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, using solution heat treatment process.

    2.2 Homogenizing valve: special alloy steel, the valve seat and valve core can be used for repeated grinding, and the collision ring can be used in reverse.

    2.3 One-way valve: special steel (7Gr17MoFr alloy), wear-resistant and impact-resistant, can be used for repeated grinding.

    2.4 lunger: Special steel, plus secondary heat treatment process.

    2.5 Seals: Sealing material code X4310 and super polymer, high temperature resistance 150℃.

    2.6 Plate heat exchanger: produced by Shanghai Light Machinery.
